Windows 7 Surges to 3.67% Global Usage Market Share

I don't know about you, but I think all of us computer users who bought PCs with Vista installed should get Windows 7 for free—or at least a deep discount.

I'll upgrade, because Vista sucks. But it makes me mad that I need to spend $$$ on a new operating system when my computer is only 6 months old.
